How to stop those annoying audio previews of audio and video files in Xandros 4

I found the audio preview of of audio and video files to be a real annoyance. Luckily, I stumbled across the solution.

From the launch menu, open Xandros Control Center. Expand the "General Settings" list, and choose "Desktop".
Click the "File Icons" tab. You will see a list of the various file types, with a checkbox beside each one.
Simply uncheck any file types you do not want Xandros to generate a preview for when you mouse-over the icon.
I unchecked the box for "Sound Files"and "Video Files". Problem solved!
