Everyone needs to replace or plug something in to their computer.  The problem is that not everything likes to play nice with our computers.

Here you can find information about hardware Xandros users are using and how they got it working.

• No matter how small (a USB memory stick), every little piece of information will serve to help someone else. 

• Did you have to install any special libraries or software? 

• Did it "just work?" 

• Is there some special "trick" involved in getting it to work? 

• Does it work with one version of Xandros but not another version? 

• If it works and it is great, what is the model number and where did you get it?

• D-Link DFE-530TX+  PCI Ethernet Adaptor was detected automatically on the first boot after I installed it, and it "just works."
• D-Link Bluetooth DBT-120 (USB) - Bluetooth adapter - "Just works" 
• Linksys Wireless-G, usb Network Adapter, works great with Xandros 4.0,autodetected.

• Vivitar ViviCam 3735 is detected as a removable disk, which I can open in XFM and download, copy and delete pictures.
• Kodak z740 digital camera is detected as a removable disk which is accessible through XFM

• HP  DeskJet 932c detected on install, and "just works".

• Epson P-4000 Multimedia Storage Viewer is detected as an external storage device and can be accessed in XFM.  It "just works"

• PNY 1 Gigabyte Attache flash drive is detected as a removable drive in XFM, and "just works"
• TEAC 8gb mini USB hard drive (p/n: 0us30007-30) is automatically detected as a removable disk and "just works"
• SanDisk MobileMate™ SD+ (USB SD/MMC/multi card reader) is automatically detected as a removable disk and "just works"
